OUACHITA CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
Ouachita Christian School is made up of determined and dedicated students who all share a common love for Christ and his teachings. The Robertson children all attend the Ouachita Christian School, and Missy dedicates several hours a week to volunteer as a music teacher.
What is Ouachita Christian School?
Ouachita Christian School was founded in 1974, allowing children to mix scripture with science, English and other common studies. The school was founded by a small group of dedicated Christians who hoped for a place where their children could learn and still feel comfortable in a Christian environment. To this day, the Ouachita Christian School is the largest Christian school in Louisiana, still founded upon the principles it was originally built on.

Activities & Curriculum
Ouachita Christian School understands that a quality education requires a balanced amount of learning and activities. That's why they provide their students with a vast array of extra-curricular activities, including drama, a nationally recognized art department, band, tennis, golf, cheer-leading, cross-country and more. Students in grade 6 and below also participate in various sports throughout the year through local recreational leagues.
We also offer Bible courses and studies, allowing the students and the teachers to learn more about the faith that carries and unites them. These Christian themed lessons add a deeper perspective and understanding to their learning, education, lives and more. These Bible courses are in conjunction with regular studies, such as English, Math, Science and more.
